Carleton Terrace Oktoberfest 2025 A Huge Success

What an incredible afternoon at the first annual Carleton Terrace Oktoberfest 2025.

We had a full park, perfect weather, and the best turnout yet! Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised over $3,500 to go directly toward our dock and shoreline restoration project.

This event wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing volunteers and neighbors who gave their time, energy, and creativity to make it happen.

A special thank you to our German chefs, Monika Proctor and Ursula Glenn, for bringing authentic flavors to the event. And to our organizers, Julie Chabrian, Karen LeClerc, Monica Pasqualle, and Cheryl Fulgieri who pulled everything together beautifully. JD Wayne’s live music completed the atmosphere and gave the perfect backdrop for a great time.

To everyone who pitched in and helped make this event run smoothly—Julie Budkowski and Flash Johnson, Jason and Emily Ogden, Dennis LeClerc, Sean McCann, Helma Mezey, Jane Smith, Brendan and Lindsay Scully, Virginia Taylor, and every other neighbor who showed up to help, thank you.

We also appreciate those who lent supplies. Ron Chabot loaned his grill and propane for the brats, James Frizell secured a low-noise generator that allowed us to have live music and announcements, and several others let us borrow tables and chairs. If someone was missed by name, please know your help did not go unnoticed. You are what makes this community special.

A big thank you also goes to Jon Scott Santy and Will Anderson for going above and beyond—printing flyers, donating tables and chairs, transporting neighbors by golf cart, and sponsoring through their real estate brokerage, Atlantic Group Real Estate.

We’re grateful to our neighbor businesses and local sponsors whose generosity made the bingo prizes, food, and festivities possible. Please be sure to show them your gratitude by reaching out if you’re in need of their services!

Thank you again to everyone who came out, donated, volunteered, or sponsored. Together we’re making real progress toward our park improvements and keeping Carleton Terrace a place we’re proud to call home.
