Estoppel/HOA Inquiries for Properties Being Sold

Since we get a request to provide HOA information and estoppels on a regular basis, we thought it would be helpful to have a page dedicated to addressing title companies and lawyers that are in need of this information:

Carleton Terrace Park Association is not a Home Owner’s Association (HOA). We are classified as a 501 C 7 – and considered a social club under the IRS. You can download the bylaws and the IRS letter with our classification for your records.

Our Association has no authority whatsoever over any property in Carleton Terrace. The main purpose of our association is to maintain and hold insurance for the Carleton Terrace Park that has been dedicated to all lot owners in the Carleton Terrace plat. Dues are $100.00 per year and paid annually. Dues are 100% voluntary.
