ELECTION TO PARTICIPATE MEMBERSHIP FORM CARLETON TERRACE PARK ASSOCIATION INC.

July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 Membership Year

**Note: This membership cycle will be 18 months (Normally 12 months) due to the fiscal year change voted on at the August 2nd, 2025 Annual Membership Meeting*** This is a one-time change in order to shift the fiscal year from July – June, to January – December.*

The breakdown is as follows:

$100 for July 2026 – June 2027 +

$50 for July 2027 – December 2027

(If this additional $50 payment is too much for your household at this time, please reach out to us and we can provide a deferment plan)

Participation in the Carleton Terrace Park Association is voluntary and all platted Carleton Terrace lot owners are eligible. Your membership dues of $150.00 are good for the fiscal year in which they are paid and go toward insurance and regular maintenance of the park. Payment can be made by cash, check, Zelle (No fees) or credit card online (Processing Fees Apply). *Membership dues will not be prorated.*

The July 2026 – December 2027 FY Dues of $150.00 must be paid by June 30, 2026 to be eligible to run for a Board position and/or to vote in the 2026 – 2027 CTPA Elections.

Carleton Terrace lot owners not wishing to participate will still have access to the park. However, any lot owner choosing to not participate in the Park Association membership will not be protected under the Park Association’s Liability & Workman’s Comp. Insurance policies. Any non-participating lot owner is cautioned by virtue of being an owner of the private Park easement as an appurtenance to your lot(s) per the 1924, 1925, and 1926 plats, to consult with your insurance agent or advisor in regards to liability protection. The Plats may be viewed at the Brevard County Property Appraiser’s website: https://www.bcpao.us/PropertySearch/#/nav/Search.
